Ramadan Kumova: The Right Time for Office Investment In Istanbul

Ramadan Kumova, member of the Board of Directors of FerYapı that has launched the Premier Kampus Ofis project, the first campus office project of Turkey, stated that there was a shortfall of offices in the mega-city Istanbul, where a large number of finance and commercial center projects stand out.

Ramadan Kumova Fer YapıKumova said that, due to the attractiveness which has been created, a large number of international finance funds had offered to become partners in such investments, and that they too had had an offer from an international fund, and were evaluating it. Kumova said, “We have developed 5 property projects in Istanbul in the last 2 years. Our last project was sold within 3 months. That is because there is a shortfall of offices in the market. So we are continuing our investments in this area.”

Premier Kampus Ofis projectThe Premier Kampus Ofis project is situated on 20 decares of land in the Kağıthane region, which is seen to be a new and important business center in the business world. Kumova gave details about their commercial project, stating that all social facilities had been provided in order to increase the performance of employees. Kumova stated that small offices from 40 – 300 square meters and medium sized offices from 800 – one thousand square meters had been  created through the modular structure, and that 10 thousand square meter offices with their own private lobby would also be available in Premier Kampus Ofis project for companies seeking a head office.

The Premier Kampus Ofis project is comprised of home offices and normal offices. This type of campus office concept with shared areas and social facilities is the preference of world renowned technology companies such as Google, Microsoft and Apple.
