İbrahim Kahraman, the CFO of Siyahkalem, said that they had established very warm relationships with Qatari and Saudi Arabian funds in particular, and that they would be coming together with both funds at the KÖY Sales Office on Sunday, 27 March, for a 15 million dollar investment in total.
İbrahim Kahraman, the CFO of Siyahkalem, stated that they had received more interest than they expected at Cityscape Turkey, and said, “We are one of the companies the exhibition has made happy.”
Kahraman evaluated the first Cityscape exhibition to be held in Turkey as follows:
“The 3rd bridge, the 3rd Airport and the new tunnels which have made transport within the city considerably easier, have made our region attractive, not only for local investors and users, but also for foreigners.
Foreign investors are monitoring Istanbul and the real estate projects in Istanbul very closely. We have seen this once again.
Our discussions with the London based real estate development company, Copperstoners, have begun. They want to market the KÖY project in London, due to the interest shown by the Turks who live in London, in the real estate investments in Turkey in the recent years. As you know, our project was designed by the British Hopkins Architecture. The KÖY project is extremely well-suited to the living habits of the Turks who have been living in London for many years. This has made us very happy.
We have established very warm relationships with Qatari and Saudi Arabian funds in particular. We will be coming together with both funds at our Sales Office, on Sunday, for an investment of 15 million dollars in total.
A member of the Bahrain Royal Family has taken an interest in the project and invested.
We are expecting a total revenue of 20 million dollars from this exhibition, in terms of foreign investors and sales to users.
