Turkey Property Price Index up by 1,65 Percent

Property Price Index rose by 1,65 percent in July, when compared with the previous month, reaching 217,41.

Property Price Index Data for the month of July have been announced by the Central Bank of the Republic of Turkey.

The PPI (2010 = 100), which is calculated using a layered median price, in order to monitor the price changes in the property market in Turkey, rose by 1,65 percent in July this year, when compared with the previous month, reaching 217,41.

When compared with July of last year, the PPI rose by 13,98 percent in nominal and 4,77 percent in real terms, in July this year. Unit prices, which are calculated as the value of a property per square meter, increased from 674,73 liras in July 2015, to 871,04 liras in July of this year.
