It had already been announced that the station at Ispartakule would be directly on the corner of Bizim Evler 6 and Istanbul Evleri, while the Kiptaş Vaditepe station would be within walking distance of Vaditepe.
Real estate experts are of the opinion that once the transport investments are completed, those who invest in Hoşdere, which is just two steps on from Bahçeşehir, will make a hundred percent profit on their investments.
Sports valley for Bahçeşehir
The 4.200 home Kozapark project being built by Garanti Koza is comprised of the largest private sports complexes in Istanbul.
