Dubai Cityscape Global 2016, which is among the leading real estate exhibitions of the Middle Eastern and Gulf region, has opened its doors.
More than 20 real estate developers from Turkey, including Ağaoğlu, Eroğlu, Sinpaş GYO, Tahincioğlu, Garanti Koza, Artaş İnşaat, Mar Yapı, Kuzu Group and İş GYO, are taking part in the exhibition, which is being held this year for the 15th time.
Branded property developers, aiming to reinvigorate the sales of properties to foreigners, which have fallen following the attempted coup on 15 July, are describing the atmosphere for investment and opportunities in Turkey.
The stands of the Turkish companies are experiencing great interest, at the exhibition where 35 thousand visitors from 200 countries are taking part.
Property developers, city administrators, investment companies, representatives of pension funds, architects and designers from throughout the world are taking part in the Dubai Cityscape Global 2016 exhibition.
Turkish companies are evaluating purchase demands and entering into discussions for cooperation at the exhibition, which will be hosting guests until 8 September.
The real estate sector is also expected to participate in the Cityscape exhibitions in Kuwait in October and in Jeddah in November.
