Having made its mark with the project it developed in Çamlıca, Emaar Istanbul has pressed the button for the Florentia Village Designer Outlet Center in Büyükçekmece, Istanbul. The outlet products of world brands will also take their place in the shopping center which is to be opened.
Emaar, which made its mark with its real estate project in Çamlıca, will now bring together the brands of the world with an outlet project. The company, which has pressed the button for the Florentia Village Designer Outlet Center in Büyükçekmece, will contribute significant value to the region. Expected to cost 130 million Liras, the project will be comprised of two stages – phases 1 and 2. The project, which will be situated 7 kilometers from Büyükçekmece, is expected to have a total size of 150 thousand square meters.
Will come to the fore with its social areas
Together with ornamental pools, landscaping and children’s play areas within the outlet center, there will also be an outdoor car park area with a capacity for 1700 vehicles. The first phase of the commercial project will be completed in 18 and the second phase in 12 months, while the landscaping area of the first phase will be 16 thousand kilometers and of the second phase will be 20 thousand 500 kilometers.
