Foreign Interest in Branded Projects Rising

According to the results of the REIDIN-GYODER New Housing Price Index, in June, 10 percent of branded housing projects were sold to foreign investors.

This rate is 3 points above the average of the last 6 months. Foreign investor sales were 6 percent in February, 8 percent in March and April, and 7 percent in May.

In June, it was observed that 10 percent of sales realized under branded housing projects were made by foreign investors. It has been observed that 1 + 1 (42 percent) property houses dominated preference of foreign investors. This was followed by 3 + 1 and 2 + 1 houses with 24 percent.
