Aziz Torun, the Chairman of GYODER, who emphasized that the success of the real estate sector – the locomotive of the economy of Turkey – would continue, said, “With the 0.70% interest rate, the Emlak Konut and GYODER campaigns created a significant momentum. Around 2,6 billion TL of revenue was obtained through the campaign within a short time. Outside of the campaign, companies also offered citizens attractive payment plans and different advantages through their own capabilities and agreements with the banks. These inviting payment plans, where interest rates are lower than 0.70% for lower terms, will continue. With this strong momentum, we will be able to reach the sales figure of 2015 – 1.290.000 – at the end of 2016 too.
