GYODER, the Real Estate Platform of Turkey, is beginning the Collaboration in Real Estate for a Stronger Turkey campaign in order to support the growth in the economy.
39 project developer companies, which are members of GYODER, will present their property projects to consumers within the scope of the “Collaboration in Real Estate for a Stronger Turkey” campaign, which will be valid between 1-31 August. In addition to this, the deposits for the properties to be sold will be 20 percent instead of 25.
GYODER, the Real Estate Platform of Turkey, is beginning the Collaboration in Real Estate for a Stronger Turkey campaign in order to support the growth in the economy. The campaign is being brought to life as an indicator of the confidence in the economy of Turkey during this difficult period which the country is going through. Citizens will have the opportunity to become homeowners under easier conditions thanks to the campaign. GYODER, which is working continuously and with determination with the objectives of the development of the country, is aiming to instigate a common motion for development with this campaign.
Details of the campaign were announced at the press conference held at the Four Seasons Bosphorus Hotel, on Monday, 1 August. Approximately 56.000 residential properties and 3200 offices from close to 100 real estate projects of the 39 companies, which are members of GYODER, are to be offered to consumers with installments of 10 years and credit interest of 0.7 percent within the scope of the campaign. The campaign will be valid between 1-31 August, with the deposit required for the properties to be sold being 20 percent instead of 25. The aims of this campaign are to ensure that the real estate sector – one of the locomotive sectors of Turkey – is only affected to a minimum degree from the current situation and for it to contribute to the economy of the country.
We want the job of repairing the national assembly – TBMM
Aziz Torun, the Chairman of GYODER, who spoke during the press conference, said that they wanted the job of repairing the Turkish Grand National Assembly (TBMM), which was damaged on the night of 15 July, and that they would be contacting the authorities as soon as possible in order to lead the way in this initiative.
Aziz Torun, who stated that they welcomed the campaign recently began by Emlak Konut GYO in order to break the trend of waiting in the market, increase sales and make a positive contribution to the cash flows of contractors during this period, said that they wanted to continue this process with their own campaign. Torun echoed that, as the real estate sector, they would continue to be the locomotive of the economy, and continued as follows: “As GYODER, the leading umbrella organization of the real estate sector, our confidence in Turkey and the economy of Turkey during this difficult period being experienced by our country, is boundless. With this purpose, we are bringing to life the Collaboration in Real Estate for a Stronger Turkey campaign today. The aim of this campaign is to continue the dynamism in the economy of the country and to gain momentum for the sector. As GYODER, we are – as always – ready to do what is required of us during this period.”
Aziz Torun, who recalled that as the real estate sector, they were once again presenting their unity, said that they would be providing significant support to the economy due to the campaign. Torun, who also stated that they would be lobbying more effectively in order to break the perceptions overseas, said that they would be more active on this matter in the coming period.
The directors of the other companies, who also spoke at the press conference, said that Turkey would grow even stronger during this period, that investments would continue and that they would not be making anyone redundant.
