‘Wholesale’ sales to the Gulf region are continuing at the Ağaoğlu Maslak 1453 project in Istanbul.
Following the news of the sale of two towers two weeks ago, details of more sales have been obtained. Ali Ağaoğlu has made a statement that a preliminary agreement has been made for the sale of 4 towers for 300 million dollars.
Ağaoğlu to reach 800 million dollars foreign sales volume for now
Ali Ağaoğlu stated that sales to foreign nationals had reached 500 million dollars after the passing of the law on reciprocity, and said, “The latest sales figure is not included in this. With that, we will reach 800 million dollars. I had made a promise for 2 billion dollars by the end of 2014, and I will keep my promise.”
Ağaoğlu stated that an important amount of investment had begun to come into the housing sector in Turkey with the law on reciprocity, and said as follows:
“Turkey stands out a great deal in front among the countries in the region. It is the center of attention of investors. This is also being reflected upon our projects. There is a lot of interest from foreign nationals in many building projects in general, and in Ağaoğlu Maslak 1453 project in particular.
Turkey to become a Real Estate brand
This interest is coming primarily from the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait and Yemen as well as many other Gulf countries. We are working as much for Turkey to become a real estate brand in the eyes of foreign nationals as we are working on behalf of Ağaoğlu.”
