New Housing Prices Rise in January 2019

In january home sales prices in Turkey have a nominal increase of 2.79% compared to the same period of the previous year.

According to REIDIN-GYODER New Home Price Index, In January, there is a nominal increase of 0.05% compared to the previous month; 2.79% compared to the same period of the previous year, 83.90% compared to January 2010 which is the beginning of the index.

In January, 7% of the sales carried out within the scope of branded housing projects were made to foreign investors and 1 + 1 houses were preferred in these sales.

Down payment utilization rate is 52%

When the down payment, deed and bank loan utilization rates of the customers who bought houses from branded projects are examined, the down payment utilization rate in January was 52%, the bank loan utilization rate was 10% and the share of deed use was 38%.

When the stock decrease rate figures for January were evaluated, a decrease in stocks was observed by 3.3%.

In January, 22% of the houses sold were sold out of finished housing stocks, 78% were sold out of unfinished housing stocks.
