According to the report, life has begun for the first time in 101 thousand 351 new residential properties, on the European side of Istanbul in the first 9 months of the year. 370 families moved into a new apartment every day during the first 9 months. This is the equivalent of 15 separate new-build buildings with 25 apartments each being handed over to their residents every day.
Avcılar region takes the lead
The highest number of moves into new apartments in the first 9 months of the year was in the Avcılar region, which is comprised of Beylikdüzü, Avcılar, Esenyurt and Başakşehir. 10 thousand 235 families have moved into the new buildings in this region in the last 3 months while 35 thousand 403 families moved into their new homes in Avcılar in 9 months. Avcılar is followed by the Sefaköy region, which plays host to urban transformation regions, with 30 thousand 872 apartments. When the increase in the figures is examined, it becomes apparent that urban transformation has started to bear its fruits in the mentioned regions.
