The prices of new homes within the scope of the Reidin-GYODER New Homes Price Index rose by 1.30 in September, when compared with the previous month, and by 8.35 percent when compared with the same period of last year.
Turkish Composite for Sale Home Price Index has risen by 2.71 percent in 7 metropolises, when compared to the previous month and 2.55 percent in all of the 30 metropolises, while the increase in these 30 metropolises from the same period of last year was 12.85 percent. With an increase of 2.97 percent per square meter, Antalya is the city where home prices increased the most in September 2015, while Afyonkarahisar was the city where home prices fell the most, with a fall of 0.08 percent.
On the other hand, in the Turkish Composite Rental Homes Price Index, prepared in a manner to include all 30 metropolises for September, the increase in prices when compared to the previous month was 2.38 percent, and when compared to the same period of last year was 8.88 percent. While the highest increase in rents per square meter was seen in Bursa with 3.07 percent, the highest fall was seen in Giresun, with a fall of 1.51 percent.
