That is to say, buyers need to be willing to pay 800 thousand Liras for a 100 square meter property. The average price in Şişli is 5 thousand 294 Liras, in Beşiktaş – which is the most expensive district of Istanbul – 15 thousand 336 Liras, in Üsküdar 4 thousand 175 Liras and in Sarıyer 9 thousand and 41 Liras.

Average square meter price of rental properties is 21 liras

When the search criteria of those searching for properties to let, it can be seen that the option of 2 thousand Liras is the one marked most. The other criteria selected are 1 thousand 500 Liras, 3 thousand Liras and 2 thousand 500 Liras, respectively. When the prices of properties to let in Istanbul are looked at, it can be seen that their average square meter price is 21 Liras.
