Sarp Group is preparing to kick-start two gigantic projects of 3500 residential units in Ankara, the Turkish capital and Istanbul, the capital of finance.
Building the Sarphan Finans Park project at the very heart of the Finance Center of Turkey established in Ataşehir, Turkey, which won an international architectural award with the cooperation of Emlak Konut GYO (REIT) and Emlak Pazarlama İnşaat (EPP), Sarp Group started its preparations for new projects. Vekalet Kaba, the General Coordinator of Sarp Group Construction, who expressed that they were maintaining all the projects they undertook throughout Turkey with great diligence in terms of project design, building materials, selection of materials and qualified workmanship, stated that they started the preparatory efforts of two projects with 3500 residential units in total in Istanbul and Ankara within the year 2013.
Having been selected the “Most Prestigious Five-Star Project of Europe” in the finals of the 2011 European Real Estate Mixed Use Category and the ‘’Number One Real Estate Project of the World’’ in the finals of the Mixed Use Architecture of Intercontinental Real Estate Awards, Sarphan Finans Park is planned for completion in terms of its rough work and complete delivery at the end of summer, 2014.
In addition to being a center of modern life and business, the transfer of patients has also been taken into account in the project with a dedicated elevator reaching the 45th floor. The the sale of 1+1 and 2+1 flats have been completed and the current price range of 3+1 flats is 890.000 TL – 1.430.000 TL (VAT included).
Vekalet Kaba, qualifying the retail spaces in Sarphan Finans Park as ‘’The last chance for investors’’, emphasized that they would have a high level prestige and stated that the current price range for the remaining 10 stores was in the range of 2.370.000 TL – 9.580.000 TL.
There are 166 blocks and 6462 units in six large projects that Sarp Group has undertaken throughout Turkey other than Sarphan Finans Park. In addition to the completed Atatürk Forest Farm and Kayabaşı projects, there are also two primary school buildings, one high school building, one health office, one kindergarten, one commercial center and three mosques as part of the projects in Gebze, Eskişehir, Diyabakır and Samsun.
