Who said what?
Özen Kuzu, the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Kuzu Group:
We have set off with the motto of “some love splendor, some live in splendor”, for the Sea Pearl project, which we have brought to life in Ataköy, one of the most valuable districts of Istanbul, with the expectation of a turnover of around 2 billion 700 million dollars. It possesses numerous fixtures which will gain an important place within the Turkish construction sector, and set an example to many structures. Sea Pearl, which is an unrivaled property project of Istanbul, with its unique location overlooking the Sea of Marmara, interprets the perception of ‘luxury’ over and over again with its every detail.
The distinctive features of the project are as follows:
The landscaping plans for the project are inspired by old palaces and gardens, which carry baroque traces. The dominance of the earth color, which starts at the lower floors of the buildings, is transformed into light grey and blue tones as we move up the upper floors, presenting a concept which comes together with the sky and lightens the effect of the mass.
Sea Pearl contains fitness centers ranging between 150 to 200 square meters, which are for the private use of each block, yoga rooms, relaxation rooms, children’s play areas, walking and running tracks, tennis courts, a street-ball pitch, pedestrian walkways, a biological pond, an observation island, and landscaping area with a baroque style.
All independent units within Sea Pearl are being built with sea views. Elements such as water and greenery are being spatially included in daily life, within the project. The landscape design setup of Sea Pearl is revealed through the interpreting of modern and traditional within the same pot.
In order to capture the culture of the modern city, the building facades are approached as a modern interpretation of Turkish culture and tradition. The grandiose entrances at the back, which overlook the existing Ataköy settlement areas, are designed with quality materials and this architectural approach is fixed with the modern interpretation of the Seljuk star which constitutes the fundamental structure of this façade.
Sea Pearl, which is 2 km from Atatürk Airport, has a link to the TEM via the E5 and Basın Express Way. The project, which is being developed at a distance of 25 km from the FSM Bridge, 17 km from the Bosphorus Bridge and 1 km from the Ataköy Yachting Harbor, can be reached directly from Rauf Orbay Boulevard, which is also known as the coastal road. Sea Pearl also stands out with its close proximity to the Galeria, Capacity, Carousel, Marmara Forum, A Plus and Flyinn shopping centers, is also situated near to the World Eye Hospital, Acıbadem Hospital, International Yeşilköy Hospital, and Bakırköy State Hospital.
