The tender was organised by the Mass Housing Administration Directorate (TOKI) by means of revenue sharing in return for the sale of land. The project which we will develop will be a blended property project hosting 3 different functions – homes, hotel and shopping center. Our architectural work is ongoing. This project will also generate a significant amount of revenue to the public sector.”
