Özen Kuzu, member of the board of directors of the Kuzu Group recently stated that, “The developments in both the Turkish and the global economy are extremely positive for the development of the Turkish real estate sector.
Turkey – and in particular Istanbul, is the shining star of the world. Both the economic success in Turkey, and the political stability, is having a positive influence on investors who are looking closer at Turkey. The research that has been carried out shows that the real estate sector in Istanbul is among the most popular areas where international investors wish to invest. International investors and funds are ready to invest in Turkey.
The urban transformation campaign and sales of homes to foreign nationals which has been supported by residency permits for foreign nationals will increase the pace of purchases in Turkey by foreign nationals. We can see that sales of properties have increased in 2013 when compared with 2012. We were top of the league table in terms of revenue, with a revenue in excess of 124 million TL in exchange for the sale of 605 independent units in March, in our Spradon Vadi project, which we are developing together with Emlak Konut GYO (REIT), with the revenue sharing method in Bahçeşehir. This success is an example of the improvement in the sector. I anticipate that the sector will grow by about 5 per cent in 2013.”
“We will transform the old Finance Ministry lodgings”
Özen Kuzu also stated that they had made the highest bid, and won the tender for the estate in Ankara, Oran, on which the Ministry of Finance lodgings are situated. The tender was organised by the Mass Housing Administration Directorate (TOKI) by means of revenue sharing in return for the sale of land. Kuzu continued as follows: “Oran is one of the most central points in Ankara. As the Kuzu Group, we are aiming to undertake a prestigious real estate project in this region. The project which we will develop will be a blended property project hosting 3 different functions – homes, hotel and shopping center. Our architectural work is ongoing. This project will also generate a significant amount of revenue to the public sector.”
Being a resident of Spradon Vadi (valley) project
Kuzu Group continues to offer quality, secure and accessible living areas with its branded housing projects. The Spradon Vadi project of the group, which is being developed together with Emlak Konut REIT with the revenue sharing model invites you to become a homeowner with very favorable conditions.
Özen Kuzu, the member of the board of directors of the Kuzu Group, stated that they have achieved successful sales in the Spradon Vadi project which they are developing together with Emlak Konut REIT, and recommended that anyone wanting to buy a home at Spradon Vadi, where only a limited number of apartments remain, would act fast. Özen Kuzu added, “We are offering 100 per cent credit to everyone who wants to become a homeowner at Spradon Vadi, the last project in Bahçeşehir. Spradon Vadi is also not affected by the 8 and 18 per cent VAT legislation implemented in January 2013, and offers a great advantage with just 1 per cent VAT to be paid.”
Completion date of Spradon Vadi project is January 2014
Spradon Vadi, the modern and luxury housing project being developed by the Kuzu Group together with Emlak Konut GYO (REIT), on a construction area of 160 thousand square meters and land area of 42 thousand square meters in the Bahçeşehir 2nd region, stands out with its green nature and extensive social facilities.
