The mansion built in 1785 was sold to the Qatari investors for $ 150 million. Foreigners have bought nearly 100 mansions from the Bosphorus until today. The prices of the mansions that are still for sale in the Bosphorus vary between 30 million and 500 million Turkish Liras.
