TOKI: The Housing Development Administration of the Republic of Turkey, is starting sales in the international award winning property project of the capital, Ankara – the “North Ankara Entrance Urban Transformation Project”. Following the clearing away of 6 thousand 500 shacks, and the settlement of 8 thousand and 57 rightful owners into modern housing, TOKI will present 570 homes for sale by drawing lots.
Applications for the 570 homes, which are to be sold by drawing lots, are to be made between 20 August – 6 September. The urban transformation project being run by TOKI together with the Ankara Metropolitan Municipality, has cleared away the slums, which have been causing damage to the image of the capital in the region forming the northern entrance to Ankara since 2004.
The construction of 925 homes starting
8 thousand 152 homes have been built in place of approximately 6 thousand 500 slums. 8 thousand and 57 rightful owners have been settled in modern homes, by way of the lots drawn between 20 – 24 January, last year. The construction of 925 homes within the scope of the project, and which possess an Ottoman – Seljuk style architecture, is continuing. Furthermore, the tender for 764 homes has been completed, and the construction work for these has begun.
Properties to be sold by drawing lots
TOKI has released 570 homes for sale in the North of Ankara, where it has built modern homes and social fittings. The applications for the flats, which will be sold by drawing lots, will be made between 20 August – 6 September, through all Türkiye Halk Bankası branches. The prices of the 3 and 4 bedroom homes start from 191 thousand TL in cash, and 1 thousand 194 TL in installments. The real estate project offers three different payment alternatives. Home buyers will be able to benefit from payment terms of up-front payment of 10 per cent with 96 monthly installments, 15 per cent up-front and 108 monthly installments and 25 per cent up-front and 120 monthly installments.
