Turkey Real Estate Fair Gets Great Attention from the Middle East

There were giant property development companies at the Real Estate Fair at CNR Expo.

Real estate fair 2013 at CNRGreat support has been received from the Middle East for the Real Estate Exhibition at CNR Expo. The CNR 2013 Real Estate Exhibition, which was organized by Sine Fuarcılık, an affiliate of CNR Holding, has brought together the leading housing projects of Turkey at CNR EXPO Yeşilköy.

Dr. Mohammed Yahya Müferrah, the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Daleel Group, one of the leading investment companies in the middle East, said, “We are strengthening our economy by joining forces with Islamic countries.”

The CNR Real Estate 2013 Fair, organized by CNR Holding, Sine Fuarcılık, brought together the leading residential projects of Turkey. The exhibition, which took place with the support of the Ministry of the Environment and Urbanization, TOKİ, Emlak Konut GYO and the Title and Cadastral General Directorate, turned into the real estate shop window of Turkey.

Real estate fair CNR 2013The exhibition, which began at CNR Expo Yeşilköy and lasted until 8 December 2013, was opened with the participation of Mehmet Murat, the Vice president of TOKİ (Housing Development Administration), Ceyda Erem, the Chairman of the Board of directors of CNR Holding, Dr. Mohammed Yahya Müferrah, the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Daleel Group, Khalid Al Omair, the Saudi Arabian Commercial Attaché, and Cem Şenel, the CEO of CNR Holding.

Muslim countries hand in hand

Dr. Mohammed Yahya Müferrah, the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Daleel Group, one of the leading investment companies of the Middle East, which provides services in the areas of education, health, tourism and real estate, said that they wanted to provide services in Turkey in not just the real estate area, but in every sector.

Müferrah stated that the property projects on display at the fair offered great opportunities, and said, “We will grow our economy even more, in collaboration with all of the Islamic countries.”

Mehmet Murat, the Vice President of TOKİ, stated that their target for 2023 as TOKİ was 1 million homes, and said, “We are providing an investment of 60 billion and employment to 900 thousand people.”

Among the property projects displayed at the exhibition are Tema Istanbul, Avrupa Konutları (Artaş), Bakırköy 46 /Maslak 1453/My Home, Istanbul Prestij Park, Soyak Evostar, Metropol Istanbul, Vadi Istanbul, Deluxe Suits, Istanbul Loft, Gölmahal, Referans Istanbul, Güneşli park, Nissa Residence, Koru Florya, Haliç panorama, West Wall Villas, Evim Kadıköy, Elit Grand Palace/Elik Perla Palace, Bulvar Istanbul Evleri, WestSide Istanbul, Pashador, Canpark Shopping Center, Sultanbeyli Shopping Center.

A and B category villas, housing and mass housing projects, luxury residences, shopping centers and business centers, plazas, industrial complexes and organized industrial regions were promoted at the exhibition.

The giants of Turkish property developers were at the fair

Some of the companies which took part in the fair and displayed their real estate projects were as follows: Ağaoğlu (Akdeniz İnşaat ve Eğitim Hizmetleri), Anka yapı, the Artaş-Aydınlı-Keleşoğlu – AFK partnership, Babacan Yapı, Biskon Yapı A.Ş., Evko, Rumeli Yapı A.Ş., Soyak Holding and the Varyap Gap Joint Undertaking.
