Turkey attends the fair this year as the Country of Honor and Vadistanbul is set to leave its mark on it with its architectural and project-related features.

Several firsts in Turkey have been undersigned via the efforts to be undertaken within the framework of Vadistanbul and several features, which will be exemplary for the construction sector, are becoming prominent.
With a construction area of 1 million 100 thousand sqm, Vadistanbul will be made up of terrace houses, residences, offices, shopping streets, cafes, hotels and shopping malls as well as entertainment areas.
Vadistanbul will be built on a land of 424 thousand sqm in total consisting of 3 parcels and will consist of 3 different laps. The First Private Subway Line in Turkey
As part of this huge real estate project, the first private subway of Turkey will pass through Vadistanbul. The subway will be constructed as dedicated to Vadistanbul and will be connected to the subway network of the city. The cost of the first lap is 300 million TRY at the project and the targeted turnover is 2 billion 500 million USD.
