Vadistanbul, one of the largest real estate projects in Turkey, will be showcased at MIPIM Fair, which will be organized in France between March, 12 – 15. Turkey attends the fair this year as the Country of Honor and Vadistanbul is set to leave its mark on it with its architectural and project-related features.

Vadistanbul at MIPIMMIPIM is qualified as the largest international real estate fair of the world and the Vadistanbul project will be exhibited in the international arena drawing attention among participants this year.

This year, participants to MIPIM will be coming from 90 countries; Vadistanbul, which will be in the tent of Turkey participating as the Country of Honor, is one of the biggest and most noteworthy projects in the fair.

Having met with significant demand from local and international investors since the day it was launched, the Vadistanbul project is expected to receive great interest in the fair. The project whose construction was started by the joint venture among Artaş Group, Aydınlı Group and Keleşoğlu İnşaat (construction), leading names of the Turkish construction sector, is prominent with its architecture, amenities and location.

Many Firsts to Come True in Turkey with Vadistanbul

Several firsts in Turkey have been undersigned via the efforts to be undertaken within the framework of Vadistanbul and several features, which will be exemplary for the construction sector, are becoming prominent.

With a construction area of 1 million 100 thousand sqm, Vadistanbul will be made up of terrace houses, residences, offices, shopping streets, cafes, hotels and shopping malls as well as entertainment areas.

Vadistanbul will be built on a land of 424 thousand sqm in total consisting of 3 parcels and will consist of 3 different laps. The project will have 3 thousand residential units, a 55 thousand sqm shopping mall and 28 thousand sqm street stores dotting a 700-meter-long street, restaurants, 240 thousand sqm office space as well as 4-star and 5-star hotels with a total area of 48 thousand sqm.

The First Private Subway Line in Turkey

As part of this huge real estate project, the first private subway of Turkey will pass through Vadistanbul. The subway will be constructed as dedicated to Vadistanbul and will be connected to the subway network of the city. Designed to be located at a point that is one with the nature, Vadistanbul gains an unmatched quality with the Sadabad Stream, which brings the clean water of the Bosphorus and spans the project from one end to the other. The living areas to be created around the natural stream flowing through the project will not only offer a unique pleasure but also add color and vivacity to the region.

Architecture Signed by Two Grand Names

Vadistanbul, which joins the Belgrade Forest in the north of Istanbul and Maslak – termed as the hub of the city –  has an investment cost of 1 billion 500 million TRY excluding the land. The cost of the first lap is 300 million TRY at the project and the targeted turnover is 2 billion 500 million USD. Sizeable investments have also been made in the architecture of Vadistanbul, which has been designed by İki Design, award-winning architecture office of Turkey and SOM Architecture from the USA, which undersigned world-famous projects.
