Half of Vadistanbul office area sold already
Süleyman Çetinsaya, the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Artaş Construction, has announced that they have sold half of the 300 thousand square meter office area in the second phase of the real estate project.
Çetinsaya stated that investment funds are showing an interest in buying the offices of the project in order to rent them. Çetinsaya said that they had held discussions for the sales of 20 thousand square meters of office at the exhibition, and that a communications company from Turkey had purchased office space from Vadistanbul, with the signing ceremony for this to be held in the near future. Çetinsaya said that, together with this purchase, they had sold almost half of the 300 thousand square meters of office space at Vadistanbul. To date, Kale, Socar and Evyap had purchased offices at Vadistanbul, and decided to move their headquarters there.
