When it is completed, Vadistanbul will be a new town center, where approximately 30.000 people will work and a daytime population of 42.000. Vadistanbul will be the focal point of both domestic and foreign investors in Turkey with its offices, shopping street, shopping center, hotel and all fixtures.

Vadistanbul project possesses a construction area of 1 million 350 thousand square meters. The park phase, where the final properties of Vadistanbul will be located, is positioned at a special point where green comes together with blue. The project, which has unequalled fixtures with Sadabad Valley – running from one end of the project to the other – will offer a unique living area with the cafeteria, restaurants and walking tracks, which will be established around the stream.

While 3 and 4 bedroom apartments are in the majority at Vadistanbul, 1, 2 and 5 beds are also available.
