Vadistanbul Park, which is being brought to life with the cooperation of Artaş Construction, the Aydınlı Group and Invest Istanbul, is comprised of 762 residential properties, and possesses an area of 100 thousand square meters for offices, 20 thousand square meters for home-offices and 22 thousand square meters of outlets.
While life is continuing at the 1.111 property Teras phase of Vadistanbul, which was completed in July 2014, completions at the Bulvar phase, which is comprised of offices, a shopping street, a shopping center and a hotel, will begin in June. The shopping center will go into operation in October.

A large number of investors from Europe and the Gulf are taking part in the Cityscape Turkey exhibition – being held at the Istanbul Convention Center between 24 – 26 March, as visitors. Vadistanbul is among the few internationally recognized property projects at the exhibition, while the Park phase has been one of the stands which has received the most attention from investors.
