There will be a shopping center, hotel and 300 thousand square meters of office space at Ayazağa, which will be a center of attraction similar to Nişantaşı. The construction of the roads in the area has also begun. These are expected to be completed in the 6th month. We have taken on the metro line which will cost us around 15 million Euros. We are also planning to complete this in the 6th or 7th month. We are planning the project as a business and residential valley. The bed of this stream is being transformed into the same state as the Sadabad Valley. Vadistanbul project, which is one of the most beautiful real estate projects of Istanbul, has a total construction area of 1 million 350 thousand square meters. Half of this has been set aside for infrastructure – that is to say car parks. There are around 15 thousand square meters of car parks under the three valleys.
Vadistanbul to set an example for urban transformation projects
Ömer Faruk Kavurmacı said, “We have presented Vadistanbul Park, the 3rd phase of Vadistanbul. It is not just a real estate project, but an important city destination. I believe that the project, which will be a very important center of attraction, will also constitute an example for urban transformation projects. We have built a property project which already has transport access
In his speech, Bahattin Uçar said, “Vadistanbul is a property project which establishes its own values with its own dynamics, own metro and surrounding roads. I believe that this will be a property project which will add value to the region when it is completed. We were promising 35 percent profit when the first phase was launched, but this has risen to around 80 percent. The fact that the location is very important has brought success with it. 50 percent of Vadistanbul was sold when it was still being built. This shows that we have achieved sales higher than the average of Turkey. We expect the 3rd phase to be met with keen interest in the same way as the 1st phase.”
Ayazağa is a fruitful region
Mehmet Evyap said, “When we look at the first two phases of the project, we can see that these two stages are progressing successfully; that the sales of the first phase have been completed and the sales of the second phase are going well. Ayazağa Valley is an extremely lucky and fruitful region. We have been working with enjoyment for 40 years, and have produced nice projects both for Turkey and for the world. I hope that the families who are going to live in Ayazağa Valley – in Vadistanbul – continue this fruitfulness.”
Vadistanbul to bring 35 percent profit
Süleyman Çetinsaya stated that they were very happy with the high interest in their projects, and that as in all of their projects, they were promising a high profit in this one too. He said that they had started Vadistanbul at 5 thousand 400 Liras per square meter, but that there were no longer any apartments remaining at less than 10 thousand Liras. He completed his speech by saying that the price of Vadistanbul Park, which is the3rd phase of Vadistanbul, was 9 thousand Liras for now, and that this would rise to 12 thousand 500 Liras in July 2017 – the completion date of the phase – which is a profit of around 35 percent.
