Vedat Arslan, General Manager of Aremas Real Estate, speaking at RE360; “In the target countries, real estate projects promotion and support offices should be established as soon as possible”
Vedat Arslan, the founder of Aremas Real Estate, made a presentation titled “Conditions in Housing changed, Market Changed, Solution Changed!” at the Big Meeting in Real Estate (RE360).
Arslan talked about the problems in the sector and stated to the importance of determining the target markets and then moving to the total marketing attack under the leadership of the Ministry of Environment and Urbanization.
Vedat Arslan continued to say that “we need to find new markets in order to sell our houses and maintain our business. Moreover, the foreign currency is up and Turkish real estates become cheaper, so it is a mistake not to find new markets. The government also supports the sector by reducing the right to citizenship to 250.000 usd. Moreover, if the right to free movement in the Shengen region in 2019, the Turkish passport will be more valuable than ever.”
Ministry of Environment and Urbanization should establish promotion and support offices in target countries
“Turkey Real Estate Promotion and Support Office must be established by Ministry of Environment and Urbanism in all target countries. This office both must work as publicity office of projects and provide the necessary support for purchases made from Turkey to the concerned citizens.”
