Murat Özcan, a Member of the Board of directors of Canpa, which is among the partners in Regnum Sky Tower, said that while it is possible to obtain rents of 750 – 1.500 Liras from the 1 bedroom apartments in the luxury projects purchased in Ankara at between 350-500 thousand TL, it is possible to rent luxury offices of a similar value, at between 2.000 – 3.000 Liras.
