Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality Mayor Ekrem Imamoglu said that the Kabatas-Mecidiyekoy-Mahmutbey metro line will be opened in January of 2020
Mayor of Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality Ekrem İmamoğlu made inspections in Kabataş – Mecidiyeköy – Mahmutbey metro line maintenance and command center.
Receiving information from the authorities about the metro line, Major Imamoglu said that Mecidiyekoy-Mahmutbey metro line will be opened in January of 2020.
İmamoğlu added, “24.5 km metro line will serve 500-600 thousand people in two directions per day. The line passing through 8 districts will be one of the busiest lines of Istanbul.”
Kabataş – Beşiktaş – Mecidiyeköy – Mahmutbey Metro Line will consist of 19 stations
The stations of Kabataş – Beşiktaş – Mecidiyeköy – Mahmutbey Metro Line are as follows:
Kabatas, Besiktas, Yildiz, Fulya, Mecidiyekoy, Caglayan, Kagithane, Nurtepe, Alibeykoy, Circir District, Veysel Karani / Aksemsettin, Yesilpinar, Kazim Karabekir, Yenimahalle, Karadeniz District, Tekstilkent / Giyimkent, Century / Oruç Reis, Göztepe District, Mahmutbey.
